This top floor condo has 2 levels; main floor kitchen, living room, bedroom, washroom and covered terrace with washer & dryer, BBQ. . Second level has the master bedroom w/ensuite, mezzanine living area and uncovered sunny terrace. This clean bright unit has new furniture, dishes, linens, towels.
Beach, restaurants, light groceries and liquor store are a block away.
La Comer (previously Mega) (similar to Super Store), Starbucks, banks and ATMS are an easy 10-15 minute walk. Wal-Mart a 20 minute walk.
20 minute walk to the historic downtown San Jose Del Cabo with many great restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries along the way.
