You can in fact reach the sea on foot by finding the small beach (which is private and therefore for a fee) at about 300 meters and a solarium with access to the sea which is next to the beach and is free; at about 300 meters the sanctuary of the Madonna delle lacrime; unlike the renowned Ortigia historical center which is "limited traffic zone", the neighborhood where the apartment is located gives the advantage of being able to park without stress and therefore reach the same island of Ortigia on foot in about 10 min.
In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Porticciolo, the beach or solarium on rocks, eat fresh local fish in the marina area or eat in a typical local restaurant on the cliff watching the splendid view of the sea.

Access to the apartment is through a main door which is part of a small building from which a few flights of stairs lead to the access to the apartment on the first floor consisting of a hallway, a bedroom, a living area, a kitchen habitable, a bathroom and a laundry room. Equipped with all comforts: 2 LCD TVs, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry, 2 air conditioners, iron and ironing board, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, wi-fi internet connection, etc. Nearby you will find bars, bakery, takeaways, pharmacy, bank, post office, restaurants. Spacious and bright three-room apartment with living area and sleeping area that includes three distinct rooms. Pastel colors and modernity complete the brightness of the house, which represents the perfect solution to enjoy a stay just a few steps from the beautiful and central island of Ortigia, without giving up the tranquility at night. From the bedroom through the hallway you enter the living room where you will find a comfortable chaise longue that can easily be transformed into a comfortable double bed where you can relax after a busy day and take advantage of the LCD TV on the wall (if you have time to watch TV ... Syracuse offers too many beauties to stay at home!).
