A central hallway leads to the fully equipped European Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer), a Bathroom (with shower), a separate Toilet and through to the 2nd Living Room (with pool table, lounge suite, smart TV, arcade game & massage chair) which provides access to Bedroom 4 and the rear Patio.
Upstairs you'll find Bedroom 1 (with BIR, smart TV and access to a balcony on the front of the home), Bedrooms 2 & 3, a Bathroom (with bath & shower) plus a separate toilet.
Outdoor Areas
There is a covered front deck on the home (with gas BBQ) and a balcony off the Master bedroom. The large rear Patio overlooks the fully enclosed yard which is perfect for children. The Garage is not for guest use, but there is space to park one car on the driveway.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, large pantry, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
The home has three wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioners; one in each living area downstairs and one in the master bedroom. There are ceiling fans in all 4 bedrooms, plus wall mounted electric heaters in the other 3 bedrooms.

Linen

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
