Situated just across the road from its lakefront, Lakeview Luxury sits just above lake level and features breathtaking 180 degree views of the water and surrounding hills from the splendid balcony. The driveway off the road winds up behind the house, and there is plenty of parking for 5 vehicles.
The foyer entryway enters into a spacious living area. An oversized sofa hugs the wall where a decorative brick wall fireplace presents itself. The perfect blend of contemporary décor, clean lines and genuine coziness melds together. Around the corner, an island bar top and table set for 4 merges the space between the living area and the entry level kitchen. Upstairs, hardwood floors and walls of windows face the lake. The great room is ideal for entertaining guests of all ages, anytime of year. With two beautifully appointed sitting areas, there is plenty of room to lounge comfortably, enjoying drinks before meals while taking in the spectacular lake view. The open and bright kitchen features an island breakfast bar with seating for 3, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space for preparing and serving meals.
