The Lakeside Apartment is located on the bottom floor of of a large lakeside home on a secure gated 3-acre wooded property. The Lakeside Apartment is newly remodeled including a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, and a laundry room. The living room, kitchen and one of the bedrooms all have lake views. The second bedroom has its own private view of a tranquil Zen garden.
In addition there is a covered outside patio and an additional outdoor flagstone patio with a BBQ and fire pit all facing the lake.
There is a second larger (two floor) Airbnb unit above it that is also listed separately on Airbnb. Both unit are often rented for larger families.
The property is gated for security and includes two parking spaces in front of the house; additional cars must park outside gate on street.
