Welcome to Lakeshore Living! We would love to welcome you and your family for their next holiday to this spacious 6 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with an outdoor pool. Enjoy Kelowna's hot summer lounging on the pool deck, at the BBQ circle, or up on the wonderful, covered deck with an outdoor living and dining area.
Located in the desirable Lower Mission neighbourhood, the house is also located just across the road from Hobson Road Beach Access with picnic tables, a dock and sandy beach.
The Primary bedroom has a Queen bed and 1/2 bath attached. There are also 2 more rooms, 1 with a double bed and one with a single captain's bed with single trundle bed, a full bath, large open kitchen, living room and dining for 8 on the upper floor.
The walk-out basement features another 3 bedrooms, 1 with a Queen bed, 1 with a double bed and another with a single bed, laundry, full bath, kitchen and rec room.
Please note this a family home and very well suited to family groups that are respectful of the neighbours. We will not host groups of singles and couples greater than 6 people and they must guarantee they will be respectful to the home and neighbours. There is not to be any loud music outside, day or night.
The pool is not heated but it is professionally maintained weekly. There is a pool house with washroom and outdoor shower as well as lots of seating and lounge chairs.
We allow a maximum of 6 adults 18+ and a maximum of 10 people including children. Please message with any questions.
