Summary: The land is beautiful on the lake with plenty of lawn to play on. The house is very comfortable with nice furniture although the Sulfur water was not acceptable. Inside the house was decently clean except for dead bugs in the kitchen lights/windowsills and the bathroom vents need cleaning. There were no screens to allow fresh air to come in and the windows had many cobwebs detracting from the view. The property needs some TLC and further improvements such as the sidewalk and entranceway. The owner did refund the cleaning fee, but we would not recommend staying here any time soon until the sulfur water situation and overall property has been tended to.
