All of the furniture/linens/cookware/beds are new and of high quality. High speed DSL, 46' HD flat screen TV w/cable, full-size washer/dryer, gas BBQ, new pullout Queen sofa with top of the line 5' memory foam mattress and new King in bedroom.The kitchen has everything you need to prepare wonderful meals. Quality cook/serve ware, and some basic staples to get you started. Access to private dock and swim park across the lake. Wonderful local and historical art.This is a perfect corporate, vacation or sabbatical short- term rental.

Summary: Perfectly located - with a balcony overlooking Lake Oswego. We enjoyed watching the fish in the lake. Only a short walk to coffee shops, cinema and downtown attractions.
