Nestled in a cove with a picturesque view of Lake Hartwell, this updated retreat provides all of the amenities of home in addition to access to a private double-decker dock where you can cast a line, sunbathe, swim, park your boat, and enjoy the views. The calm waters of the cove are also perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding, yet you will be moments away from the deep, main water of Hartwell. A short boat ride will take you to Portman Marina, waterfront dining, Western Carolina Sailboat Club, or Apple Island. A local boat ramp is minutes away if you choose to bring your own boat and/or jet skis. This home is .5 mile from Stone Creek Cove that offers golfing and weekly or daily family pool memberships.
After a day on the lake, take a short drive to downtown Anderson for a variety of dining options and shopping or attend a sporting event at Clemson University.

Summary: We had an absolute wonderful time at this house. This was our second time staying there. We love the location of the house and the property it’s on is beautiful. The house comes fully stocked with anything you possibly need that makes it super easy. We dropped our son off to Clemson and stayed the weekend. It was close enough we could go back and forth to Clemson with no problem. We will definitely be booking them again anytime we go back to that area.
