Summary: House is in a nice neighborhood and very clean. Had a few negatives. House was very warm when we showed up 78 degrees that should have been our warning. Struggled to find thermostat its hidden behind a tree. The house would cool down overnight but never got down to the thermostat setting and was hot everyday when we got back from running around. Owners communication was spotty and last night stayed they changed batteries in thermostat even though clearly if paid attention would have noticed its not a thermostat issue the AC couldn't keep up with heat of day. No surprise it didnt fix it and got a message saying it was the condeser fan that went out Was told we would get a gift card or something for our troubles but have not yet received anything. The dishwasher is not bolted down so if you have both drawers out the dishwasher tips forward and dishes go flying. Ceiling fans with lights in bedrooms suck to use the remotes they dont work half the time. Also there is no community pool to use as advertised as an amenity they are both drained.
