Experience everything the neighborhood has to offer including, Captain Pete's restaurant, golf, tennis, pickle ball, live music, Lake Travis, boat ramp, sand volleyball, the only true sandy beach in central Texas, disc golf, gym, playground, and negotiated boat rental discounts a block from the house. Perfect for family getaways, bachelorette weekends, and celebrations.

Kitchen has air fryer oven and stove, microwave drawer. 2 king bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom have luxury mattresses, linens, and smart TVs. Bunkroom with 1 twin mattress and 1 full and a smart TV. Outdoor deck features large dining table and gas grill. Regulation lighted cornhole deck on the second level.

Summary: Our Memorial Day getaway couldn’t have been better—this stay truly exceeded our expectations!
