Wow, what an amazing home!!! Brand new custom luxury constructed home with meticulous build quality, professionally decorated for your relaxing lake and mountain getaway! This home has walk up access to the main level with ample parking and vehicle turn around space.
Walk in and be amazed as the house was designed and located to take in the beautiful lake views from the living room, large outdoor covered patio with a bar, TV, dining area, and additional seating. The main level has a spacious master bedroom and large deck above the boathouse. The spacious main level master bedroom has a Juliet Balcony upon with you can step out and enjoy your coffee, tea, or wine while soaking in the view. The main level has a 2nd guest bedroom with a queen bed.
The home will have a beautiful stone fireplace, separate bar and coffee station, dining room table and chairs, and a center island with modern kitchen. Seating will be plenty for both dining and relaxing with two large couches, several chairs, and bar stools to comfortably seat large families and friends.
A highlight of this property is the ease of getting to the water. Minimal steps to the lake and even steps to walk right into the water off the dock. There is a canoe, two paddle boards, and an 8'x15' float-able matt for guest use. There is a lot of outdoor seating and gathering space, a fire pit next to the lake, and more!
This home has everything you desire for a lakefront/mountain retreat. The lower level presents 3 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths, a kitchenette area with full size fridge and sink, a 2nd living room with a couch and loveseat, laundry room, screened outdoor game room, full bed porch swing, and a bridge with just a few steps to the large deck above the boathouse. A few more steps down from the rooftop deck and your be able to enjoy a large deck over the water in a quiet cove. There are only a few Lake Lure homes with just a small number of steps down to the lake! The cove is a nice private location and only 6.5 miles to the Beach at Lake Lure, 8 miles to Chimney Rock State Park, and 19 miles to the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC).
This mountain/lake home is perfect for each season! In spring and summer, the weather is wonderful, and the sunsets are inspiring. The myriad of colors in autumn brings visitors from near and far. The quiet beauty of the winter is peaceful and relaxing with superb views. The surrounding communities offer something for everyone, from great hiking, mountain biking, eclectic shopping, and myriad of dining options. The house itself was incredibly accommodating for our group of 12, providing ample seating and exceedingly comfortable beds.
