Take a break from the hustle and bustle at this lakefront, quiet retreat. Located on the back of a quiet cove with very few boats coming through, giving you the ability to paddle board and kayak. Located just 15 minutes from Clemson; a great place to stay for game weekends and graduations. The home has room for large groups and/or family gatherings, with a split floor plan. In the spring and summer, you can easily tie up your boat to the dock. Also an easy walk out from home to dock.
The space
Currently 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are two queen beds, one king and one triple bunk bed. The downstairs is currently under construction (adding another bedroom and bathroom).

Please do not access the garage. Also, during the winter months, the water at the dock is very low. You cannot get a boat to the dock during the winter, but may still be able to launch a kayak or paddle board depending on the pool level of the water.
