5 Bedroom Cottage in East Kootenay, Grasmere

Relax in the sun or jump in the lake from your private beach! This beautiful waterfront home on Lake Koocanusa makes the perfect family vacation spot.
BBQ from your private deck overlooking the lake with an amazing view, or take a break from the sun and play some ping pong inside. Complete with a propane fire table, fire pit and private dock.
Sunshine Houseboats waterpark is a short 15 minute drive or boat ride away. Hiking and biking trails are endless!
The house comfortably sleeps 8 adults and 2 children in the bunk room. There is also a spare mattress that can be added to any of the bedrooms for children. There are Five well sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with two 1/2 Baths. The main floor has one master bedroom with a Queen size bed and another bedroom with bunk beds. The walkout lower floor has three bedrooms, all with Queen size beds.
Enjoy the views from the open concept kitchen and dining room or enjoy a game of ping pong on the lower walkout level.
BBQ is located on the upper deck, with a fire pit a bit closer to the lake. Feel free to bring your boat and use the private dock, just obey the "no wake" zone in the marina please.
Lake Koocanusa is a reservoir in which water level is controlled by Libby Dam in Montana. Water level is highest in July and August and lowest in April. There is a small lake called Crystal Lake in the development for paddle boarding, swimming and skating in the winter as well.

Please enjoy the beach and private dock on the water. There is one Pontoon boat attached to the dock that is private property.
Please do not remove the boat cover or occupy the Pontoon Boat.
The garage is not included in this rental.
No RV parking is allowed at the property or on the road in front of the property.
