Positive: Good location for the lake
Negative: We had no hot water as the boiler was broken, we could not contact the owner as he was out of the country and his phone was not taking calls It eventually got fixed the next day ., however after a 7 hour journey to little borough on a hot day , we should have had hot water on arrival, there is also multiple leaks through the ceiling in the bedroom, cigarette buts out on the balcony , building materials on the balcony, the bifold doors in the bedroom also do not operate properly due to being fitted to tight, the overhead door closer has been removed from the flat front door, this has left the flat door non compliant with fire regulations. The road outside the flat gets busy around 6am and can be heard quite loud from the bedroom.
Summary: Unfortunately we found the property very overpriced, at £200 a night I would expect a lot better
