Sviluppata su due elevazioni, è suddivisa in zona notte e zona giorno, troveremo al piano terra, tre camere da letto e due bagni, di cui due matrimoniali e una doppia, tutte le stanze da letto godono di una fantastica vista mare e l’accesso diretto all’esterno, inoltre sono dotate dei più moderni confort, impianto di riscaldamento e climatizzazione, tv a schermo piatto, caricatori usb e di un particolare impianto di illuminazione, l’ arredo rispetta i canoni del black and white.
Tramite una moderna scala a sbalzo si ha l accesso al piano superiore, la parte pulsante della struttura, data la sua fantastica esposizione sul Mar Tirreno, nelle giornate più limpide, all’orizzonte potrete ammirare le isole eolie.
Una cucina-soggiorno attrezzatissima, dotata di tutti i confort, e un ulteriore bagno.
Tramite un imponente apertura si ha l accesso al fantastico terrazzo, attrezzato di tavolo, divani e barbecue, i parapetti sono in vetro per garantire la massima luminosità e per non offuscare la vista mare mentre si pranza.
L’esterno
