Positive: The apartment was a brilliant base. Easy stroll to the historic centre and its restaurant packed streets. Also the location was good as to getting in and out of town with a car, that we rented on the 2nd day of our stay. Getting to the Catania Airport is a short hop away with the €4 Alibus, which stops nearby, A free of charge parking was available at the location. The location had air-conditioning and was brighter than the Booking pics suggest. The host was communicative and helpful and tipped us off to some good food places e.g. the Scirocco Sicilian Fish Lab in the fish-market.
