Positive: Our stay was during the slow season (October, 2025) so the hotel was not fully booked. The two front desk attendants we interacted with were both helpful and eager to serve. Consummate professionals. They spoke English flawlessly, which was enormously helpful. The hotel itself is just perfect. Beautiful wood accents, lots of visibility to the picturesque beach. Isabela was our favorite island that we stayed at in the Galapagos, probably largely because of this hotel. Loved the furniture on the beach in the sun and under shade. Comfortable. Loved the hammock. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the A/C as well. 100% would stay again.
