Positive: The property is close to the hospital which was a huge plus for me. Close by shops. It is nice and clean. It is not extraordinary but decent. Everything is clean, breakfast Polish and really nice. Srem is a small town so I think having that in mind it is a really nice hotel
Negative: Maybe there should be more shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom
