Positive: Very clean, spacious and modern surroundings. A good location in Nuwara Eliya. Great living spaces. The staff were generally helpful and friendly
Negative: Despite being told that the payment could be made by card, the staff pressured me into paying by cash and said they wouldn’t accept card and followed me to an ATM that charged fees, against my request, while we still had a night of our stay left. They would not then deduct the ATM fee from the bill and made me feel very pressured and down about the situation. Had I have known about the cash payment I could have got this out with no fee.
