Positive: 2 mins walk from a nice beach with OK restaurant, dead end street, central AC, dog accommodated free of charge, owner's willingness to help with a forgotten item.
Negative: Close to the airport - the first days you have to get used to the noise (with closed windosw its ok) , damaged/ worn out table on patio
