This newly renovated luxury townhome has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located in downtown Ketchum. This townhome has 3 levels with upscale furnishings and great Mt Views.
As you enter the home there is a bedroom with a Queen bed, a twin day bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite full-size bathroom with a single sink vanity and a shower. From this room, you can access the garage with a stacked washer/dryer and room to store your bike or skis.
On the second level is the living room with high ceilings, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and a gas stove. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen countertop and 2 more bar stools at the counter under the kitchen window. There is access to a small deck off the kitchen area. At the top of the stairs leading to the living area is access to another larger deck with a gas grill and outdoor furnishings.
Upstairs on the 3rd level is the master bedroom with a Queen bed, walk-in closet, and Mt views. This room has access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower.
There is outdoor parking for one car in front of the garage. The garage can be used for ski or bike storage, but there is no garage parking. If you have more than one car, there is a paid parking lot or street parking (summer only) about a block away.
One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $140.
