Soak your stress away in the hot tub on the private screened porch, cozy up beside the gas fireplace, or lounge beside the mesmerizing flames of the gas fire table. Savor a cookout on the large deck with propane grill and plenty of seating, or play foosball or shuffleboard in the garage recreation area. Book your stay at this lovely cabin for a fantastic mountain getaway! Owner provides a pool pass for free access to the Stonewall Terrace pool, Memorial Day- Labor Day, weather permitting.

All linens for bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen has dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, and coffee maker. Simply bring your clothes, toiletries and food. Washer and dryer are available.
Two cars can park in front of the house and two cars in the garage driveway. Additional vehicles can park off the street or in resort parking lots. There is a two-car garage, with one side locked and not available for guests' use. The other side is set up as a game room, so cars cannot park in it.
SURROUNDING AREA Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 15 miles from our home. Explore the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops downtown. The Shenandoah Valley offers many attractions including caverns, wineries and breweries. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubing and kayaking during warm weather. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and The Appalachian Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities.
This home is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort. However, it is located inside the community of Massanutten and minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more! You'll also have access to 30 miles of hiking trails. The pool is a community pool for the private homes in Massanutten. It is available for use by our guests from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and owner has provided a pool pass that grants guests staying at this property free admission daily. Pool availability is subject to, and at, the discretion of the Massanutten Property Owner Association. Tennis courts are also located by the pool. Most Resort activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked online before your arrival, through Massanutten Resort's website. **Please note some activities may sell out in advance, especially on holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee access to the amenities and amenity closure/availability is not a refundable cancellation reason.**
This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations as well as federal and state laws and ordinances.
This is a residential community - please respect the community and the neighbors and know your nearby neighbors may be full time residents.

Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
This home has designated parking (a driveway All tires must be off the roadway if parked on the road.
Do not block fire hydrants.
Do not park in front of another property without written approval from VPMS.
There is an overflow parking area if needed, located at 4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten.
Buses, campers, and RV's may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads.
Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
No open fires permitted in Massanutten.
This is a high wildfire risk area!
Fires are strictly prohibited at this property except in the designated fire pit provided.
A spark screen must be used at all times and the fire may NEVER be left unattended.
Fire pit may not be used during quiet hours of 10PM to 8AM.
Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions.
Check MassanuttenVillage.com or electronic sign at entrance to the Resort for updates.
No illegal substances are permitted at the home and open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.
Pets are NOT allowed at this property.
All Trash must be taken to the dumpsters located at 4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten, at check out.
A minimum fee of $75 will be assessed if trash is not removed.
Trash may not be left outside the home as it will attract wildlife which could endanger you and damage the property.
Trash should be removed regularly.
*This home is located in the woods. You will likely see insects (including some that fly) and arachnids.
Please be aware they may come inside when doors are opened, especially when lights are on inside.
*Please note that package delivery is not available at Massanutten homes.
*We are not able to honor early check-in or late check out requests.

No smoking inside the house. Smoking in the house will incur a $750 fine. Smoking is allowed outside of the house, but all butts are to be cleaned up and safely removed
Fires are strictly prohibited at this property, except in the propane fire table provided. You are not allowed to build a campfire or use a firepit/barrel - A minimum fine of $700 will be assessed to cover local fines, as well as any direct damage/cleanup expenses will be billed back.
This home has a gas grill - Charcoal is not allowed. If you use charcoal in the gas grill you will be billed for damages (including but not limited to a new grill.)

Turn off all lights when leaving the property.
