All three bedrooms feature queen size beds with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's decor. In addition two of the three rooms have their own TV's to enjoy your favorite show or movie.
The living room features plenty of seating with comfy couches that also allows for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep. This area also has a 55 Roku enabled TV with Netflix and local channels already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Granite counter tops new and modern appliances and an island with bar stool seating will make sure you feel right at home. n nThe dining area has seating for guests and friends to stop by and features a nice view out the large back windows.
The bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer and other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.
The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. Parking in the front has plenty of space for multiple vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street. Guests are welcome to use the garage.

Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!
