Positive: Beautiful back yard and view. Really great location co springs. Host is responsive and easy check in and check out
Negative: They don’t mention you don’t have the whole house. There are downstairs neighbors. You also have to share the hot tub with the other unit. Poorly refurbished house (shower installed backwards, shoddy patchwork, gazebo over hot tub has holes), also renjoy is predatory. You have to pay a 1k deposit or a $90 fee for those who can’t afford the deposit.
Summary: Beautiful backyard. Good time, wouldn’t go back, beware downstairs neighbors
