Summary: The villa was very clean, comfortable and spacious. I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, a/c and large ceiling fan, and the nice front porch. The pool and hot tub area was very nice to relax and swim. The location was very central. There was a little noise from Duval St on Saturday night but I put the fan on and it didn't disrupt my sleep.
