Summary: The most frustrating were the instructions which started out by leading us to a completely different apartment, on a different floor. The WiFi instructions weren't right. Our car ended up getting impounded - however, that was partially our accountability since I didn't enter our vehicle license number when I registered with Oasis. On the other hand, the website should have kicked us out, or sent a note indicating the process for parking. So, the instructions left for us led to our car being impounded. The unit was clean, except for some corners and under the bed. The communication with Oasis was good -- when I sent emails, they responded quickly.
