Summary: Overall this is a nice condo in a nice location. I would recommend having the "spare" bedroom made up into a king bed and use it as the main bedroom b/c it offers more privacy than the actual main bedroom. The main bedroom faces directly onto the lanai and the condo walkway so with no AC and leaving doors/blinds open for cross breezes means anyone walking by can look into the bedroom. Also would highly recommend adding hooks in bathrooms/bedrooms/entry way for hanging swim suits, wet beach towels, and jackets. Other than the main bedroom walk in closet and bathroom towel rack there is no place to hang anything to dry.
