Summary: The stay was excellent and comfortable, except for the last day, when we discovered that our car had disappeared from where we parked it the night before inside the apartment complex garage. We later found out that it had been mistakenly towed due to an error in relaying our license plate number from Kasa to the local towing company. What we had to endure on the day of departure was simply awful. We were repeatedly told by Kasa that we were supposed to go pick up our car at the lot 8 miles away and pay for the tow, then ask for a reimbursement of the $330 towing fee. We finally relented and went to get the car, and the Kasa team finally realized they needed to do the right thing and no-charge the tow. We ended up wasting several hours due to this mishap. it left us with a bitter taste in an otherwise great stay. I would never stay in another Kasa property. I simply don't have the trust that they would take steps to prevent (or promptly solve) such a problem.
