Negative: This was a decent, albeit expensive, experience that I wouldn't repeat. It failed to meet my expectations. Upon our arrival around lunchtime, it was raining, and we were too early to check in. The receptionist was kind enough to offer us a clean towel to dry our wet bags and allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk. We chose to have lunch at the lobby restaurant. After a short wait, we were seated. We entered with our umbrellas, which were not dripping, but before we could sit down, a waitress spoke to us in a harsh tone, asking why we hadn't used the umbrella stand. We hadn't seen the stand when we came in, and a polite request would have been much more appreciated. Furthermore, the public bath was a major letdown. It was far too small—six adults would be a tight squeeze. The water was simply a hot tub, not the natural spring water I had anticipated. For the price, my expectations were much higher, and I would not return.
