"Casa Playa" has something fun in store for everyone in your family. Featuring a large backyard with plenty of room to play. Relax on your own private dock, go fishing, crabbing, or bring/rent kayaks and paddle boards. Other outdoor features include sunbathing decks, a fire pit and an outdoor shower. Your beloved fur babies are invited along too and there is a special Pet Tiki Hut Lounge area under the house! In the evening enjoy the spectacular sunset and later gaze up at the stars.
Spend your days scanning for seashells, sunbathing, or walking along the Atlantic Ocean, located just 7 miles from the home. This home provides beach chairs and an umbrella for your convenience.
Your rental includes use of the community pool (**), tennis courts, clubhouse, a huge sound side park with sandy beaches, playground, sheltered picnic areas, basketball court as well as a boat launch and marina.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and we enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. We liked getting fresh seafood at Billy’s. Just a few items to bring to your attention. The screen door was hanging by one hinge, there was a deck chair propping it closed when we arrived. The front left burner on the stove did not heat up enough and the cabinet door over the stove was loose. We told property management about these things when we called about the Internet being down. It came back up about 2 hours later. One last thing is that there was one pot missing in the cabinet over the stove. We only knew this because the photo provided showed three pots. I didn’t want to post these items on your website since each of these things can be corrected and did not take away from our stay. We had a nice vacation thanks to your property.
