Summary: Booked the room last minute after a wedding. When we arrived, there was no one working the lobby/check in. It was shut down/“closed for the night” apparently the check in desk closes at 11pm Found a number in the lobby to call; person working asked me what hotel I booked; I was in the right place. Took almost 20 mins for a worker to get to the lobby to check us in
