Au cœur d'un charmant village de l’île, vous serez séduits par l’ambiance bohème et de cette maison de famille. Profitez de la majestueuse cheminée, de la proximité aux plages chacune unique, aux forêts, marais salants, cafés, gastronomie locale, marchés fermiers et artisanaux... Deux suites familiales séparées (quatre chambres), un salon convivial, un ancien four à pain accueillant une large table de repas et un jardin enclos vous attendent pour des moments de bonheur partagé. La maison est une maison d'été, accueillante et chaleureuse, plutôt rustique que haut-standing. Elle peut accueillir deux familles. Pour ceux qui préfèrent leur espace et comfort, sachez qu'à neuf vous serez un peu à l'étroit.
- Jardin avant clos avec parking + jardin arrière clos. Parking gratuit devant la maison.
- Deux suites familiales (4 chambres) :
Premier couloir : une chambre lit double, une chambre 3 lits simples (2 superposés), SdB, toilettes séparées.
Deuxième couloir avec deux chambres enfilades : une chambre petit lit double bateau (attention 120cm seulement), une chambre 2 lits simples superposés et 1 lit de bébé, SdD, toilettes séparées.
- Capacité maximum de 9 personnes. Aucune exception possible.
- Forfait linge de maison 120 euros, comprend tous les lits faits à votre arrivée, serviettes et tapis de douche, torchons et serviettes de cuisine pour 9 personnes. Attention, les serviettes de plages ne sont pas fournies. La demande doit être faite au moment de la réservation. A votre départ, merci d'enlever tous les draps utilisés et d'en faire une pile au sol.
- Animaux de compagnie : deux maximum sur demande préalable. La maison et le jardin doivent être laissés propres à votre départ. Animaux interdits dans les chambres et sur les fauteuils et canapé. Forfait de 10 euros par animal par nuit.
- La maison ne dispose pas de lave-vaisselle, de micro-onde, ni de cafetière électrique. Il y a une cafetière italienne, une cafetière à piston (French press) et des dosettes individuelles de café instantané). Notre four est un mini-four.
- NE LAISSER AUCUNES POUBELLES DANS NOS BACS EXTERIEURS. Videz-les dans les bennes communales de l’hôtel de ville tout près de la maison. Mon aide ménagère se réserve le droit de demander un supplément si cela n'est pas fait.
