Summary:
Welcome to Johnny's Place! Check in, relax, and stay a while. This fantastic - JUST REMODELED - Large half-double has 3-bedrooms, and a large full bathroom. The kitchen boasts beautiful new cabinets and stainless steal appliances. You will enjoy bright clean spaces throughout the entire home. Each bedroom is prepared for your visit with new beds, quality linens, and comfortable spaces. This is the perfect location close to OSU campus and the Short North. Includes Off-Street Parking!
The Space:
This rental is for exclusive access to our 3 bedroom townhouse. On the first floor you will be greated by a large open living room and dinning room perfect for catching up with your group. The living room has a mounted smart TV, and the dinning room is a good place to share a meal together. Beyond the dinning room is our new kitchen, stocked and ready for making a quick meal together.
Upstairs you will find 3 large bedrooms with great natural light from the windows, and good sized space. The main bedroom has a desk with a view that is a good spot to get some work done.
Our bathroom is a large room, with a new bathtub, shower, vanity and flooring.
We do have 1 off-street parking spot behind our townhouse
We have a small yard that is shared with our other neighbors in the building. It does have a small fence around it, but it is an old iron fence, and is not 100% escape proof for dogs. We allow responsible pet owners to bring their pets, but we ask that they remain on leash at all times when outside.
The Neighborhood:
Our Neighborhood of Italian Village is the most exciting part of Columbus! Brewery's, restaurants, and lots of new things are opening all the time. Close to The Ohio State University and Just 10 min north of downtown Columbus, we are just a few minutes to the interstate with easy access.

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
