Positive: Interior was clean
Negative: Third bedroom and half bath was downstairs with a separate entrance making it useless for my family with two adults s and 4 kids. This was not clear on description We never were able to get the TV to work. I personally have set up many television/cable/internet hookups. I took everything apart and checked all cables. The television was never to sync with the xfinity box and returned to a rolling/searching circle each time. I suspect it was due to spotty internet. When we arrived the smoke detectors were chirping and batteries had to be replaced which we did at our own expense. Finally on day 2 the hot water went out and we could never get it reset or get help from the Vacasa app. We left early on day 3 of our 5 day stay.
Summary: Not the kind of memories we had hoped to create.
