Stand alone quiet, one bed, one bath apartment with a nice open living, dining, fully equipped kitchen. Gated with plenty of off street parking, it is free-standing with shared laundry. We provide all you need for a long or short stay: high speed internet, Roku TV, a queen memory foam mattress, and a leather couch. There is also a nice outdoor space to sit and relax.
The gate is accessed with a key fob that is located in a lockbox and has a private entrance with smart lock.
I most likely will not see you during your stay. If you are the kind of guest that is looking for a lot of one-on-one interaction with your host I respectfully and kindly ask that you please explore other options. If you have questions or any apartment related issues arise I am accessible through the app and will usually respond quickly. I am more than happy to address any questions or issues you may have. However, do not ask questions that can be answered by reading my house rules in the black folder on the dining table and check-in information.
This area is close to local government and hospitals. A lot of business in the area but also many excellent restaurants nearby.
Inside the gate is plenty of parking by the apartment door and lighting for the night. There is also street parking.
There is shared laundry and a day room in the main building.
You also have a terrific patio area with chairs and an umbrella with plants surrounding.
The gate is accessed with a key fob that is located in a lockbox. If the key fob is not returned to the lockbox upon leaving, we will charge a $100 fee.

Summary: Everything worked out great -- safe space in a pleasant neighborhood. It's a short walk to the state capitol building. Cute bedroom, well stocked kitchen, and even a nice steamer that got the wrinkles out of my clothes in no time.
