Summary: Location 10/10 - super short walk to the beach. Safe neighborhood. Free trolley runs every 20 minutes most of the day.House 8/10- we were unlucky with 2 different groups of guests that stayed in the unit above us. Simply walking back-and-forth was very loud and kept us up at night. The listing said there was a grill, but there was no grill. We double checked with the office & were told that was a generic listing & that our unit did not have a grill. This was a factor when choosing the house, so this was disappointing.Communication 5/10 - We checked in after hours on a Sunday and didn’t receive our check-in code on time. After leaving a message at 4pm with no response, we had to call again hours later to finally reach someone. We happened to be on a flight during this, which made the lack of communication especially stressful, since we thought we would have to find alternative accommodations and everything around us was sold out.We also reached out multiple times to clarify the number of beds in the 3rd bedroom due to conflicting listing information, but didn’t hear back until one week before check-in. There are indeed 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. We would come back to the area but not this rental.
