RABBITS RUN is suspended on a rock overlooking Lake of Bays, this charming property is perfect for those looking for a relaxing cottage escape! Featuring the main cottage and stairs leading down to the waterfront and large dock (space for two boats). There is a small shallow entry area into the water, as well as deep water off the dock- ideal for boating and swimming. The hot tub, located on the deck outside the main cottage, is a wonderful place to wind down at the end of the day and enjoy an evening cocktail.

MAIN FLOOR
The bright, open-concept main floor features elegant hardwood floors, high ceilings and tasteful white walls. Complete with modern finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows and fresh, sophisticated decor, this cottage could not be more charming! The kitchen is sleek and practical in design, and is equipped with double sinks, black Granite countertops and stainless steel, KitchenAid appliances. Down a small set of stairs from the kitchen, the open-concept living room provides a wonderful space for family and friends to congregate. Featuring a large wood-burning fireplace, a sitting area with a flat-screen TV and doors leading out to the deck. In a separate space behind the living room, guests will find a sophisticated dining area with a large wood dining table that seats 8. Tucked away in another private corner off the living room is a darling little sitting area, complete with a record player and a day bed. The front deck is a favorite place to relax and soak up some sun- equipped with an outdoor dining table, an umbrella, a propane BBQ and lounge furniture. There is 1 Double bedroom and 1 Trundle room (with 3 Twin beds) located on the main floor of this cottage, as well as a full 3-piece bathroom.
