The open floor plan has five spacious bedrooms. 1st Floor ensuite bedroom with a queen sized bed and 3/4 bath. 2nd Floor has two ensuite bedrooms each with king beds and 3/4 baths. Two additional 2nd Floor bedrooms include 1 queen sized bed and 2 double beds that share a full hall bath. Other features include a gourmet kitchen, separate dining room, generous living space, laundry room and TVs in every bedroom. The front porch welcomes you with comfortable rocking chairs and ocean breezes. Fenced backyard features a private pool with shower, outdoor kitchen with grill, fridge, and outdoor TV for entertaining. Fast internet / wifi (750mbps download and 25mbps upload) and Roku and YouTubeTV included on all TVs. Includes off street parking for 2 cars and 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits to use during your stay. Located steps to Rehoboth Ave and walking distance to beach. From the moment you walk through the coral accented door, you will know you made the right vacation choice.
