Positive: A great location in the heart of the old town. Lots of atmosphere, yet only a couple of minutes' walk from good restaurants. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Staff in the GoElba office (from where we collected the keys and bed linen/towels) were friendly and helpful; since we were on foot, they volunteered to deliver the bed linen to the flat, which was a tremendous help.
Negative: While it wasn't a problem for us at all (we were hiking, with rucksacks), be aware that the property is on a steep pedestrian lane (presumably there's an arrangement to park you car nearby? - we didn't investigate, though, as we didn't have one). The apartment itself is multi-level: there are at least a few stairs between each room, and the bathroom for one of the bedrooms is accessed via especially steep stairs. We loved the character and atmosphere, though.
Summary: A perfect location in the old town; clean and spacious.
