Embraced by the mountains and with a breathtaking view of Lake Como, this magnificent solution is suitable for a holiday of relaxation and fun in the company, in fact, the apartment can accommodate up to 9 people.
Newly built, the apartment is located on the first floor and is on two levels; the living area consists of a large living room with kitchenette opening onto a spacious terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas.
On the same floor there is the first of the four rooms of the house and the attached bathroom with shower.
The remaining sleeping area is developed in the upper floor where there are, in addition to two other bathrooms, three rooms finely furnished, two of which can enjoy the beautiful view that this fantastic property offers.
