Can RAMON is located in a unique environment. It is surrounded by Mediterranean forest, full of pine trees, almond trees ... Facing the sea and an amazing sea view. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, sitting room, dinning room, summer kitchen with BBQ, ideal for summer meals, garden, 10X50 swimming pool, chill out area by the pool.
There are fans in all areas, besides being a house built with large walls, there is always a fantastic temperature with cool breeze in summer from the nearby forests.
It is free of noise, except for the small birds that nest in nearby places. Children can play in the different corners of nature: under the almond trees, around the pool, on the three large porches of the house, with toys offered by the owners.
This house offers an extraordinary experience to all lovers of nature and tranquility, since it is in a beautiful natural park with different native plants and trees.
It has all the services that the client could wish for, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern and new appliances. We have cable and satellite TV, internet, stereo, ping-pong table, books and magazines in different languages, hair dryer in the bathrooms.
We also put white cotton sheets and towels, changing them weekly. Large assortment of towels: washbasin, toilet and shower.
As well as tablecloths for tables, napkins and a pack for customers: wine or champagne, nuts, olives, chips ...
Under the floor we have the deposit of water from the house and the garagge to keep the things of the garden and the field, because it is a very big country house with 12. 000m. of field.
We leave soap for the washing machine and the dishwasher, in the bathrooms, as well as spices, oil and salt. Spare parts for the coffee machine and garbage bags.
Also has wifi.
