• This is a cosy, holiday rental in an older style apartment. Expect to find basic furnishings and fittings. There is some corrosion on the window frames, wardrobes and outdoor balcony furnishings / fittings due to the location, which may impact their use. Windows do not have screens and can be difficult to open.
• The second bedroom is quite small. It has 2 single beds, with limited access to the small wardrobe.
• A new glass shower screen has been installed (different to images shown) in the bathroom - July 2024.
• There is off street parking inside a single garage, which is suitable for a very small car. Timed, paid parking on manly foreshore or in surrounding streets for larger vehicles.
