Positive: We didn't arrive at hotel until 10.15pm as there was a delay getting off ferry. However, the lady receptionist was absolutely brilliant, she couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately, we didn't get her name, but she's an absolute treasure!! The room was lovely and clean.
Negative: The parking was very limited. I think there were only about 10 spaces for the hotel. We had to park in the shopping centre across the road. This wasn't very convenient as my partner has severe walking difficulties and insisted on driving there as there was a lot of activity and he didn't want me driving and then walking to hotel myself! We stay in Ibis hotels all the time but were really disappointed with the breakfast . Everything seemed cheap/ poor quality.
