Negative: I booked two rooms asked to be either adjoining or on the same floor. We ended up being 2 levels apart.. The lady that checked us in (Friday 19th at 4 pm ish) was extremely rude and didn't even advise our room number or how to get to our rooms just dropped the card on the counter and said nothing..
