Gorgeous large 1400+ square feet two bedroom two full bath condo with two separate wings, with brand new quality carpeting Summer 2023, this is the newest and largest two bedroom model. Kingsmill on the James River is a lovely oasis, a tree and Audubon bird sanctuary, with miles of trails, private beaches with huge shells and treasured historic sites including Burwells Bluff, the first English settlement, all within walking distance... walk to beautiful spa for pampering, or cook up a meal in the condo's fully stocked kitchen and dine on one of the outdoor terraces.....Not a resort condotel, this condo offers the comforts of home with books, movies, streaming apps, games, artistic coloring books, seasonal decorations....and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking large meals including condiments. Try golfing at the gorgeous award-winning Green or Gold course at Golden Horseshoe, or go fishing at Macaulay Pond, or walk to dock for beautiful sunrises and sunsets, shower and restroom available at the marina beach. There's also basketball, soccer fields, tennis, pickleball, playgrounds and tot lots, float on the James River, just admire the beautiful estates along the river...or venture out to the beautiful beach at close by historic Yorktown, Jamestown, Virginia Beach, or colonial Williamsburg, or take the ferry across the James to historic Surry and dine on the water at The Surry Seafood Company, or just spend a day following the Tasting Trail, or try your luck at Colonial Downs race track or casino!
