Positive: We had a comfortable 3-night stay at The Hub House; it was the perfect fit for our family. It was straightforward to find, park and easy to check in. Upon arrival, we were touched to find a thoughtful welcome gift of Prosecco, Panettone, and even treats for the dogs.The quiet, rural setting in Three Oaks offered a peaceful retreat while remaining central enough for easy day trips to Hastings and the surrounding areas. The real highlight for us was returning to The Hub in the evenings—the open-plan living space and the projector for movie nights were a huge hit with everyone.

Negative: Just a few small things that would have made our stay even better: a wooden spoon for the kitchen and fresh linen for both twin beds would be great additions. We also noticed a strong smell from the bathroom drains and some dust on the floors, which might just need a quick extra check from the cleaning team. These small fixes would really level up the experience!
