It offers an unobtainable added value: the wide terrace overlooking the medieval city walls close to the bastions of Porta Marina. The terrace offers a wonderful sea view and you can enjoy your summer dinners in a suggestive and historical environment. The house offers an independent entrance and a beautiful marble staircase through which you can access the first floor where a bright living area, large living room with French window leading to the terrace await you. Also on the first floor there is the bathroom in the living area and a double bedroom. Going up to the second floor we find the two very comfortable single bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The location will allow you to reach the beaches of Porto Sant'Elpidio (6 minutes), Civitanova Marche (8 minutes), Lido di Fermo (13 minutes), Porto san Giorgio (15 minutes) in a few minutes by car or to enjoy wonderful days and summer evenings in the splendid village of Sant'Elpidio a Mare. The solution is rented for weekly periods (7 nights minimum). Prices per week (7 nights): June 200 € July 300 €, August 350 €, September € 200.
