In a quiet and bourgeois district, close to the inner city (2,5 km - bus outside the door), the house is in the middle of a large garden, not overlooked, with a wide terrace. In this renovated loft style, offers a very wide, comfortable and bright living room. The large living room of 70 m2 which includes the kitchen, dining room and living room without partition or separation.
With large windows, light is everywhere and volumes are organized for facilitéer traffic and bring usability. The rooms are isolated from the living room and gives onto the garden.
