This newly remodeled 3,100 sq ft house on ACU hill is perfectly located for events at ACU, Hardin Simmons, and McMurry. It is also very convenient to Hendrick Hospital, Taylor County Coliseum, and the Abilene Zoo.
This property boasts of four large bedrooms all with king-size Nectar new mattresses. In addition to the 4 bedrooms with king-size beds, there is an addition king-size bed located in the game room which allows your party to comfortably sleep 10 people. Rates are based on 8 adults but can sleep up to 10. The property was recently renovated and has an open living concept. All new fixtures, appliances, and flooring throughout. Ceiling fans are located in all bedrooms and living rooms.
This property has high-speed internet with new 55 inch smart TVs in all of the bedrooms. The living room has a 65 inch smart TV with smart cast capability. In the game room, you will also find a 65 inch smart TV.
The open concept combines a spacious living room with a dining room table that seats 8 people as well as a breakfast table that seats 6 people that all flows into a fully functioning kitchen. There is also an extra refrigerator located in the laundry room area.
Harrison house is equipped with a full-size weight room that consists of a commercial-grade Smith Machine along with dumbbells, deadlift, and professional size mirrors. Arcade game 2: Arcade1up Atari Legacy Edition Arcade Machine with Riser consist of the following games: Asteroids, Centipede, Major Havoc, Missile Command, Akka Arrh, Crystal Castles, Tempest, Millipede, Gravitar, Liberator, Asteroids Deluxe, and, Space Duel.
The Harrison House is equipped with Ring cameras at all external entrances. The only people allowed on the premises are the registered occupants. Any guests outside of the occupant party will need to be approved by the owner before entering the property. There will be no parties of any kind and this will be monitored strictly by the Ring Cameras and the neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a forfeiture of payment and all individuals will be asked to leave the property immediately as well as the rental occupants.
